Transfer from Another Firm

If you want to transfer your file because you have been told your claim has poor prospects of success, then please call us so we can get an understanding of your case, the current position and the issues involved.

If we agree to take on your case, then we will apply for a copy of your previous solicitor’s file of papers. Once received, we will carry out a full file review and devise a case plan which will include strategies and next steps.

When we first get in touch with the other side, we sometimes achieve a completely different response to the previous lawyers in the case and we often win cases that other firms have rejected! We are also prepared to battle for you, and will not give up on your case if we feel you have a chance of success just because the Defendant denies liability and your claim will require extra work.

If you want to transfer your claim because you are unhappy with your current solicitor; either you feel like they are not progressing your claim or they don’t return your calls or reply to your e-mails, then we strongly urge you to contact us. We often find that larger law firms are unable to deliver the service we do, and this can have a negative effect on the overall outcome of the case.
